To familiarise yourself with Animana, we have developed several courses. Our introductory course, for example, is a great way to get familiar with Animana and is excellent for new Animana users.
In Animana, we have several in-application hands-on guides available, which you can start at any time. They provide in-context help and teach you how to perform an action or use a feature.
Integrations with partners are often seamlessly interwoven in Animana, so that’s how we do it with knowledge too, so in the help hub, you can find webinars from Animana and those of our partners.

In the unlikely event that you need help with Animana account outside office hours, we have a handy self-diagnosis tool to guide you through the support process. If you cannot resolve the issue, you can escalate your problem and set off the alarm bells.
Problems are there to be solved. For this, we have a Customer Support team with vast experience of Animana and an understanding of how a veterinary practice works – as many of our colleagues have practice experience.

Our search engine immediately provides possible answers to your question with instant answers while you are typing. This allows you to find the answer to your question while typing, or you can refine your search as you type.
The new dynamic contents table scrolls with you and allow you to keep an overview of the article. Scrolling and searching article content is now a thing of the past; you can go directly to the desired chapter with one click.

The help hub makes it easier for you to manage requests for changes to your Animana account yourself. So whether you’re looking to add a new integration or supplier, or change your bank details, launch our tool, answer a few questions and submit your request.

Quick account changes
From asking for a copy of an Animana invoice to notifying us of a change to your Animana billing e-mail address, you can easily request these yourself.
Some integrations are available by default but not yet activated in your account. If you want to activate one of these standard integrations, submit the form, and our team will do the rest.
