Animana Release Highlights: Version 4.11
This version of Animana contains several bug fixes, security improvements, and behind the scenes enhancements. It also includes the following changes:
Pet Health Plan (PHP) Reporting
Have you ever wanted to get insights on your customer Pet Health Plans so you can take the guesswork out of it? Have you always wanted to know which plan sells best? Who sells the most, and to which species? Which performs better – reoccurring or one-off purchases? Or see when plans expire. Now you can find a full report in ‘Extra>Reports> Report Pet Health Plan’, where you can view PHP data across practice locations, and download it for further processing. Added Application Programming Interface (API) capabilities
An API makes it possible for programs to interact with each other. You can see it as the messenger that sends a question to another program and brings the reply back in an expected format. In this release, third parties can now request and retrieve information on sales invoices from Animana to help improve the financial reporting process.
We’re constantly working on the API will enhance the current capabilities of secure data exchange between Animana and other applications, allowing us to work with other partners. In this release, we are adding more data points for external parties to access from Animana.

Animana Integration with Compatible Voice Over IP (VoIP) Software
A recent study showed that 81% of respondents expressed that they wanted their veterinarian to know who they are when they call. So we’re happy to announce that we have partnered with different VoIP providers to enable instant retrieval of the client file when you pick up an incoming call. No match found? Take the opportunity to confirm customer details for an instant match and a better customer experience next time.
This crucial yet straightforward feature is an easy way to increase your customer experience while saving valuable time and minimalising human error.
