Animana Release Highlights: Version 6.1
This version of Animana contains several bug fixes, security improvements, and behind-the-scenes enhancements. It also includes the following changes:
Send multiple invoices in a single email
By popular demand, we have added the ability to send multiple invoices from the client file by email in just a few clicks. Simply select the invoices you’d like to send from the relevant client file, then click the “Email Selected Invoices” button at the top of the client file. You’ll be taken to Animana’s email screen, where the invoices you selected have been combined into a single PDF and attached as one “invoices.pdf”, so it’s handy for the recipient, too – no more multiple emails and a maze of attachments!
Further enhancements to the new payment process
We’ve listened to all the feedback we have received on the new payment screen introduced in v6.0 of Animana, and have made several usability improvements to make processing customer payments even better.
Control who can edit product invoice text
In version 5.7 of Animana, we added the ability for users to customise the “product invoice text” at the point of a customer sale; this allows you to define what will be shown on the invoice.
We have now added a permission to define which users in your practice can make these changes.
To change this permission, visit Settings> General Settings> Role management > “override product invoice text of sale items”
By default, this setting will be enabled for all roles; however, unless users also have the permission “add sale items/invoices” enabled, they will remain unable to access the sales screen.
