Introducing the Veterinary Content Cloud template library
In partnership with the BSAVA, Animana is pleased to introduce the Veterinary Content Cloud, a rich template library of customisable content provided by IDEXX and other trusted partners. It is free for all Animana users and can be found in the Content Designer.
The content has been thoughtfully designed, with personalisation via merge codes where appropriate. Content will work whether used as a letter or an email viewed on a mobile or desktop device. At the same time, the designs have been kept simple to allow you to customise to your needs.
For launch, we’ve partnered with the BSAVA to promote their Ageing Canine Toolkit, which helps you communicate with pet owners of older dogs.
BSAVA content
The BSAVA collection contains content and advice letters on various topics. It is packed with great advice about ageing dogs, including mobility, dental, behaviour, and weight problems associated with older dogs. We’ve also included their complete checklist of things pet owners with older dogs should look out for.
Other content
Other content from IDEXX, including interpreting analyser results and pre-surgery and screening advice, is also included. You’ll also find content specific to Animana, such as pre-defined content relating to the Client Portal, covering audit and invoice advice.
The content is provided by IDEXX and partners and is ready to go, with merge codes allowing you to personalise it for the recipients. We generally do not advise changing the content; however, it is supplied in a format that makes it easy to change to meet your own needs.
To get started, head to the Animana Content Designer, select the “+” icon at the bottom to add new content, then look for the new “Templates” button. You’ll see a menu of available content sorted by provider – click through, and it will be added to the designer, which can then be set up for re-use throughout Animana.
