Animana help hub – new features for Q2 2024
In 2022, we launched the Animana help hub, where you can quickly find answers to questions, get integrations, and request changes or upgrades. Since then, the help hub has been continuously updated and developed, and we would like to inform you of some of the recent changes and additions.
General improvements
Every month, we make general improvements to the Animana help hub. These improvements come from feedback from you as users, our partners, and our own Animana colleagues, as well as from our usage analysis. Below, you will find some new improvements in the Animana help hub:
NEW: A redesigned Animana start page
The Animana start page has been refreshed! The new design highlights the top news item, displaying it slightly larger than the others. In addition, we have added some links at the bottom of the start page, including quick links to the Animana help hub and status page, links to the latest news and articles, release highlights, hints and tips, and newsletter signup. This way, you’ll find the information you are looking for even faster.
Updates in ‘Learn’ in the Animana help hub
In the ‘Learn’ section, you can learn more about using IDEXX Animana and the integrations it offers. It is the place to help you gain a better understanding of using Animana, improve your work efficiency, and explore both existing and new functionalities.
NEW: Patient Workflow Optimisation – The Synergy of Animana and Diagnostics
Watch a short presentation to discover how Animana integrates seamlessly with IDEXX’s diagnostic offerings. The seamless free IDEXX integrations will also increase your efficiency by automatically linking results to the patient file.

In the ‘Support’ section of the help hub, you will find all our knowledge base articles. Here you can quickly search or browse through the hundreds of helpful articles about Animana. Because Animana is constantly being improved and updated, our database of help articles is also expanded and supplemented with new content on a weekly basis.
